Our wholesale range consists of our unique 'Tribe leather' collection, as well as a large number of our other jewellery and accessory lines. A £50 minimum order is all that we ask those customers interested in our wholesale range to spend in each transaction (the shopping cart is set to accept orders of over £50 in each transaction). Our wholesale leather range and other jewellery ranges can be purchased directly from this site using the shopping cart facility.
We welcome requests from new wholesale customers and sell to a large number of businesses including gift shops, party planners, ecommerce sites etc.
How can I order from www.tribewholesale.com?
Ordering from this site is simple, you just browse through the site and pick the item, colour and quantity and add it to your cart and the cart calculates your order as you shop. Once you've selected your order you can then delete items or increase quantities before proceeding to the payment stage. Once at checkout all you need to do is select the relevant wholesale postage rate which depends on the cost of your order (and your geographic location). You'll be given a number of choices how to pay which will be offered once you get to the end of your shopping with us (these include PayPal, credit card via a secure payment site, credit card over the phone to us or cheque). As this is a wholesale site please make sure your order is over £50. Even though we're based in the UK we have customers all over the world and so we also calculate the cart in a number of currencies - you just click on the flag relevant to you.
Stock levels
Our website incorporates a stock control system that'll tell you how many of a particular item we have in stock. As we don't accept back orders it'll only allow you to buy what we have available. If you're intersted in a particular item that is running low please get in touch and we can give you a stock update - we place orders with our manufacturers regularly so we can update you on when (or if) new stock will become available.
Types of payment
We accept payments in a number of ways. Credit card (using a secure onlline payments processing service or we can take payment over the phone) and PayPal payments will be processed immediately. Anyone paying by cheque will need to make the cheque payable to 'Tribe' and send their cheque to 1 Hidcote Avenue, Up Hatherley, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 3FB. Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared (this is normally 4-5 days).
How much will I be charged for postage and packaging?
We want to make P&P as inexpensive as possible. P&P costs for the UK and overseas are given below:
Total cost of order up to £100 - P&P costs £4.90
Total cost of order between £100.01 and £200 - P&P costs £6.90
Total cost of order over £200.01 - P&P is free
Overseas wholesale orders - between £8.50 and £13
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class (or Airmail if your overseas) and each item is sent recorded delivery (a signature will be required at your end).
What if I live outside the UK and want to buy from your website?
If you live outside the UK our cart system is able to process your payment in a number of currencies (Euro, American Dollar, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar). Just click on the flag in the cart to convert your currency so you know exactly what you're paying. You will be responsible for any customs duties applied once the order arrives in your country.
How much do you charge for postage outside of the UK?
Postage for orders outside of the UK are charged between £8.50 - £13 (You must pick the correct postage or there may be a delay in your order).
Environmental policy
Wherever possible Tribe likes to think it's doing its bit for the environment. Some of the larger parcels sent out to customers might use recycled packaging. As a business we often receive supplies in perfectly good packaging material and we will use it again where possible when we send out products to our customers. As a business we think it's important to do our little bit where we can !
